Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Our eating habits and emotional states are deeply intertwined, yet not many people know anything or address this deep correlation. Yes the food we eat impacts body deeply (our emotions, thoughts, mood, organs etc) but as humans we tend to make food choices (or get cravings) based on our physical and emotional state. A deeper understanding of how emotions and food habits work together will lead to deeper, longer-lasting results.
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL
Being healthy does not have one definition or set of rules you have to live by as it looks different to everybody. Some of us struggle with reducing stress, getting enough sleep, or trying to quit smoking. Everyone is different. That’s why the journey towards health and weight loss is very personal. From the emotional triggers to the health conditions and the lifestyle habits, what may work for one person may not work for someone else. Only you can figure out what is right for your lifestyle, but these decisions start with having the right information. That’s where I can help you.
Eleonora is a certified Integrative Nutrition practitioner who has decided to dedicate her life to helping people with their health, nutrition and personal development after overcoming 8 years of eating disorders and depression.
She opened her practice in Miami in 2014, after completing her education at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Since then, she has been coaching women all over the world helping them improve their health and permanently lose weight by simply implementing a few diet and lifestyle changes.
