Eleonora is a sought-after health and wellness professional who strives to revolutionize the world of health and wellness. Motivated and inspired by a drive to contribute to the personal growth and development of the society, she incorporates the elements of health, nutrition, and personal development to encourage others in adopting a more gentle and balanced approach to life.

Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Eleonora moved to the States at the age of 21 to pursue the American dream. Her personal journey is the reason she pursued a career-change, going from marketing into integrative nutrition and qualifying in this field. Eleonora has overcome struggles, including sexual abuse, eating disorders, depression, and self-injury, then throughout years of trial and error, figured out what worked and has been sharing her method with those in need ever since.

She opened her practice in Miami in 2014, after completing her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Since then, she has been coaching women all over the world helping them improve their health and relationship between their body and food, along with permanent weight loss through implementing a few simple diet and lifestyle changes. She has been selected to work with a number of renowned brands such as Victoria Beckham’s team, Radio Health UK and WeWork to promote health and wellness.

Her approach to nutrition is different from what else is out there, as it was built on personal experience with eating disorders and years of helping other women improve their relationship with their body and food.

Eleonora’s method incorporates health, nutrition, and personal development as part of her personalized plans, making it uniquely comprehensive – there are few programs in the world that take this approach, and even fewer with long-lasting results. Eleonora believes that your emotions play just as much a role in your wellbeing as food does and that in order to make any lasting change in your life and eating habits you need to address your emotions.

Eleonora is committed in helping people improve their quality of life. She recently published her first book, Go Feed Yourself: The Essential Guide to Feeling Healthier and Happier in Your Body, as a way to spread her message further. The book is based on a real-world understanding of human behavior. Readers will learn how to break free from dieting once for all, while creating a lasting positive impact on their body and life. Eleonora is also launching her own show next month on London Radio One.

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Our eating habits and emotional states are deeply intertwined, yet not many people know anything or address this deep correlation. Yes the food we eat impacts body deeply (our emotions, thoughts, mood, organs etc) but as humans we tend to make food choices (or get cravings) based on our physical and emotional state. A deeper understanding of how emotions and food habits work together will lead to deeper, longer-lasting results.

From the emotional triggers to the health conditions and the lifestyle habits, what may work for one person may not work for someone else. Only you can figure out what is right for your lifestyle, but these decisions start with having the right information. That’s where I can help you.
