Change the way you snack, sleep, drink, think and work. After analysing your current health, diet, lifestyle, concerns, and goals, I will put together a plan to reverse your concerns and reach your goals as painlessly as possible.
Each week you I will give you a concrete plan on how to implement 1-2 diet or lifestyle changes that will move you closer towards your goals. This unique support and accountability service will help you stay motivated and on track until your goals are reached.
The faster your body heals the quicker you will reach your ideal weight. Depending on your health conditions I may recommend supplements to help alleviate or reverse your symptoms.

Online course break down
Within the first week, every participant will have an initial consultation with Eleonora. She will then prepare a concrete plan to help address your concerns and help you achieve your goal.
Each MONDAY you will get an email with the course, printable cheat sheets and personalized advice, which will focus on developing ONE (or TWO) new habits per week.
Every other WEDNESDAY evening there will be a 30 min live Q+A with Eleonora via group phone call/video chat. You can submit your questions in advance or just ask while online. The call will be recorded for those who can’t make it.
