About Eleonora
Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Eleonora C. Bastos is a sought-after health and wellness professional, who moved to the States at the age of 21 to pursue the American dream.
Overcoming abuse, eating disorders and depression, her personal journey led her to nutrition and personal development.
In 2014, she qualified from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, and opened her practice in Miami. Since then, she has coached hundreds women around the world (including Hollywood's celebrities) to improve their relationship with their body and food.
Thanks to her unique approach, Eleonora has been chosen to with renowned brands such as Chase Bank, Victoria Beckham Ltd and WeWork among others, to promote health and wellness.
In addition to publishing her Amazon best selling book GO FEED YOURSELF in 2019, Eleonora earned international media coverage and continues to coach, provide keynotes, and host workshops, with a commitment to inspire and transform as many women's lives as possible.
